We are excited to announce the acquisition of Fresca on 31st January 2008 by BT plc. Now trading as BT Fresca, we are part of BT's retail solutions division, BT Expedite.

Seven years since the business was founded, and three years since our merger with Linear Ten and the launch of the Fresca Commerce platform and service, this represents a truly exciting new chapter in the company's story.

In some respects, it is business as usual. The management and staff team remains in place, and we will continue to operate out of our offices in High Wycombe. We will continue to support existing clients to the very best of our ability, and we remain totally committed to the design, build and operation of exceptional e-commerce sites for new clients.

But of course the reason for this acquisition is the new opportunities it affords to both existing and prospective customers of BT Fresca and BT Expedite. This acquisition makes infinitely more feasible and cost-effective the design, implementation and operation of multichannel retail where your shoppers can interact with your business in a consistent and productive way across all channels.
